1. Welcome:

 

2. Approval of minutes: (Sept. 10th)

 

3. Timeline:

• October – Mid-November , Principals enter fall reports on the website.  Final Report on last year’s expenditures, implementation, and results.  Councils report to all parents about implementation of School LAND Trust Plan in the prior school year by November 15th via the school website and at least one direct delivery method.

– January:  Review Revisions of the School Lands Trust Plan, sign plan and review data.  Principles review their schools expectation for community councils

– February: Begin work on new plan

– March: Agenda to be determined

– April:  Review and finalize New School Lands Trust Plan.  Sign Plan

– May:  Recruit new members and prepare for elections.

 

4.  Next year elections: Paula Plant emailed and said it would be OK to hold  early registrations at the end of school year and elections in the fall, but  there will likely be changes to the legislation in this upcoming session – hopefully to loosen the requirements and deadlines a bit.  She will keep us posted.
